That is a strange story and you have to wonder whether it is true. Who would call the Secret Service to report a credit card skimming device?? The Secret Service!!!! I guess anything is possible but I can’t imagine anyone modifying the ATM machines that I use, none of which have an attached card reader that is not an integral part of the whole machine.
